Where are you based?

In September 2023 I moved from Liverpool, UK to Melbourne, Australia! My print shop will remain up and running from the UKĀ and will be left in the very capable and loving hands of my mom who will be handling all of your print orders.šŸ’Œ

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide! There will be an additional delivery charge added at checkout forĀ allĀ international print orders (any order shipping outside of the UK). When you spend Ā£65+ international shipping for print orders is FREE!

Please be aware that any additional charges / taxes that are due on arrival are theĀ buyerā€™s responsibilityĀ to cover.

When will your next collection be?

In November 2023, I launched a small collection of 15 original A3 pieces called ā€˜Around the Tableā€™. Unlike my prints, all original pieces from this collection will be shipped from Melbourne, not the UK. Please expect longer delivery times accordingly. All orders will be sent tracked so you can keep an eye on the journey!

How long will delivery take?

Typically, delivery for UKĀ printĀ orders can take anywhere between 2-10 days. All orders are sentĀ fully trackedĀ so you can stay updated, but please bear in mind that you are shopping with a very small business run by only two pairs of hands! I recommend placing orders well in advance if you are hoping to receive it by a certain date e.g. if itā€™s for a gift.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to estimate international delivery times, although on average, international orders take 10-14 days to arrive. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email so that you can keep an eye on its journey.

My print order hasnā€™t arrived and itā€™s been 14 days+ what shall I do?

You should be able to track your order via the Royal Mail website using the long number that comes with your dispatch email (please check your junk inbox!) If you are unable to track your order and itā€™s been over 2 weeks, please get in touch and I will do my best to assist.

If you are an international customer, you might find further information using the tracking number via your own countryā€™s postal service website.

Iā€™ve not received a confirmation email, what shall I do?

Please check that you have entered your email correctly at checkout and please check your junk inbox as emails can sometimes end up there. If you still canā€™t see it, please get in touch.

My order has arrived damaged, what shall I do?

Please get in touch with the courier directly where possible and lodge a complaint. You will need to provide your tracking number and photo evidence of the damage. Unfortunately, any delay or damage after the package has been sent out is out of my hands, although please keep me updated if you do experience any issues and I will do my best to help.

What size are your prints?

A5 = 14.85cm x 21cm (5.8 x 8.3ā€)

A4 = 21cm x 29.7cm (8.3 x 11.7ā€)

A3 = 29.7cm x 42cm (11.7 x 16.5ā€)

A2 = 42cm x 59.4cm (16.5 x 23.4ā€)
